All the staff were very heloful

The last night was extremely disturbed by a big group of people staying there who had not respect what do ever for the others guests. The noise level from this group was ridiculous until the earlier hours of the morning. Shouting, children running up and down the corridors, banging doors and loud bangs from rooms above. This made sleeping extremely difficult 😢

The Staff were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, smiling and happy.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Clean tidy rooms and facilities, easy parking easy check in and tasty food in the bar. We especially enjoyed the excellent service and staff in the bar for food and drinks. The girl, I think she's the bar manager (blonde hair, glasses and tattoo's on her arms) was excellent. I made a point of thanking her for the service and the excellent staff at the end of the night. We will definitely be back.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
A bit disappointing that the Loft restaurant is closed. We have had some excellent meals there on previous occasions.

I have stayed many times in the Ashbourne House Hotel. I love the friendly staff, all of them go the extra mile to make us feel valued and welcome. I love the reception area. So pleasant.

I have no negative comments at all. Sarah, Joe and all the staff go out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

Clean rooms/bedding/towels. Lovely helpful & friendly staff. Excellent food.

Rooms need a bit of updating - things like plugs beside the beds, better bedside lights, shower working correctly. Bit of modernisation in the rooms.

Nice clean warm room, very friendly service, hotel right in the centre of Ashbourne for wondering around the shops. Nice selection of food on offer in the bar, well decorated for the Christmas season, very happy with our stay thank you

The location, the food, the staff and the atmosphere of the bar during the day and night.

I can not fault it at all, we always enjoy our stay in the Ashbourne.

Not great for the price you charge.

The shower was a disaster water was either coming out at high pressure too hot or dribbling out when you try to adjust temperature. Flushing the toilet while the shower was running had an effect on the shower pressure, so something drastically wrong with the plumbing. The TV situation also needs to be improved. No remote control in my room had to request one. The TV was the size of a postage stamp. You a re charging top price so you need to get these things right.

- Staff at hotel are friendly and helpful - Rooms are very nice and comfortable - Breakfasts are very good - The central location in Ashbourne makes many places walkable

Very helpful staff who changed our room to ground floor without us asking when they saw that a member of our party had mobility issues. Great food in the bar and comfortable room.

Usman on reception made us feel very welcome, as did all staff there. Room was clean and food very good.
