What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It was a great location and had lots of parking. The staff were really helpful when we asked for extra towels for the room. The beds were clean and comfortable. As we were travelling from Waterford for my nephews confirmation, I rang the hotel a few days before our stay to see if we could check in a little early and they said the room would be ready from 230pm.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
I booked a triple room for 3 adults-Me, my Dad and my sister. When I rang the hotel a few days before our visit to make sure there were 3 single beds, I was told they don't have rooms with 3 beds so we had a double and a single bed in the room. It was a small room for 3 adults. Very basic. It was clean but not at all well kept-the sink drain had no cover and you could see the build up of limescale down the drain, the drain plug wouldn't keep water in the sink, there was a gap behind the toilet and it looked like the toilet wasn't securely connected to the wall, there were only 2 glasses in the bathroom and we had to ask for more towels as there were only enough towels left for 2 people-as it turns out only one of us had a shower because the shower gel holder in the shower was empty and my sister felt the bathroom wasn't clean enough to shower in because it looked unkempt. Check out was a little early at 11am.
